1. Service

Promptolook (promptolook.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using Promptolook you agree to these terms.

Promptolook helps you explore fashion, beauty, and style: generate AI looks, find real shoppable products through visual search, and get personalized insights from interactive tools. AI-generated images are creative approximations; product matches come from visual search and may differ from the generated look.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Promptolook.

3. Plans and billing

Free accounts start with a credit grant on signup. Additional credits can be purchased one-time or via the Plus subscription. Monthly credits reset on each billing cycle. Bonus credits (purchased packs, rewards) do not expire. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; cancel any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets identifiable individuals without consent. Do not scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Affiliate links

Product links shown in visual search results are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you complete a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.

7. Disclaimer

Promptolook is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptolook and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Promptolook after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of Promptolook, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
